The days are getting longer and a little warmer.

Spring is traditionally the time for a big clean.  In the home, windows are opened wide, letting in the gentle breezes to blow away any stuffiness from the closed rooms of winter.

 

For the body, we move away from the comforting casseroles and foods of winter and are adding more prebiotic leafy green goodness to our kefir smoothie.

Blueberries are back in season and are so easy to enjoy by the handful or with coconut yoghurt or kefir to boost your immune system and nix the afternoon slump.
